Is FairLease free to use?
Yes! Basic FairLease is completely free for both tenants and agents. We believe transparency shouldn't cost money.
Can agents edit ledger entries?
No. Once created, ledger entries are permanent and immutable. This protects both parties equally.
What if there is a dispute?
Both parties can see the complete ledger history. The immutable record provides undeniable evidence for quick resolution.
Do I need to upload receipts?
No. FairLease is financial-only. We track money to keep the system simple and strictly focused on the deposit.
